help asap with smah / instant mash

hi could anyone tell me if smash or any kind ie supermarkets own basic brand of instant mash is syn free? plz reply bk asap thnking in advance

Smash original and smash buttery free on green and EE
Sainsburys instant dried mash also free, don't know bout any other supermarket ones

the sainsburys one is the basic one i think its under 50p

No the one I buy from sains is in a box with 4 sachets in it. Didn't know their basics one was free,can save some pennies now
