Help! Boots Shapers Sushi Syns Please!

Hi all,

Please could someone tell me how many syns are in the Boots Shapers Sushi Mini Rolls? It's the big pack, 186g.

I was running late this morning so had a banana on the go, then had to grab something for lunch on the way to work.
I'm not keen on pre-packed sandwiches and it was the last pack of sushi they had, but oh my gosh it was damn delicious!

Then I noticed the calories - 275kcal in a pack!
I'm just hoping it doesn't come out at 14 syns! :sigh:

1 syn! For all that sushi! That may have to be my regular lunch in that case it really was delish!

I lost the same as you this week. I was expecting more of a loss to be honest, but as they say, a loss is still a loss and not a gain!

Yes I love sushi too and it is usually very low syn

I noticed that we have a similar starting weight - we need to keep each other spurred on! xx

Don't worry! Yes having a good week (apart from the mixed kebab i had last night) still synned though and hopefully will make it back before WI on Monday.
