HIya Im having trouble posting so if I repeat myself Im sorry.

Ive joined Online and am following EE

Can Someone help or tell me if Im on the right track please?

Breakfast - bananna topped with 0%total grek yog and a fruit yog fat free

Lunch - jacket spud / tuna and (1tbsp low fat salad cream) 1.5 syns and a big salad

Dinner - prawns and garlic and pasta and super free veg

Supper - healthy extra B (28g shreddies) topped with fat free fruit yog

throughout day I have 350ml skimmed milk for coffeess etc (healthy extra A)

if I snack I have fat free yog or a bit of fruit

Is this all ok ?? seems to good to be true??

am I right in thinking if I snack it has to be on Super free foods?? so If there was some cold meat I couyldnt just have a slice of that ?? or a new potato from fridge?? as i wouyld have to have a 1/3 of super free food with it ??

Sorry i sound thick but I kiss having a person to ask !

Your plan looks spot on for EE. You don't have to snack of superfree you can also eat free food. You have only used 1.5 syns as far as I can see, you really should be having 5-15 a day. In fact I'd say try to have 10-15 syns every day so that if you plateau at a later date you'll have somewhere to cut down.

The other thing you haven't mentioned is water. You need to drink plenty of water, NAS squash etc, it's recommended to drink at least 2 litres a day.

Thank u I will try having some water , the bit i didnt realise is I can snack on free foods aswell so my cottage cheese and lean meat s etc thanks u !!! XX
