Help extra easy

Hiya everyone, well ive become a slimming worldonline member and am following the extra easy plan ,

Please would someone beable to help?
Im not sure if Im doing it right ,

breakfast - fruit and a fat free yog
lunch - salad, jacket potato and tuna
dinner - vegtables (free) pasta and meat of some sort

I also have a supper - Health Extra B - (28g shreddies or special K or shredded wheat) with a fat free yog

and if I snack its on apples or plums or grapes, or sometimes a fat free yog ..

Am I doing it right ? I always make sure I haave protein and carbs at meal times and I always have a 1/3 of my plate with super free foods?

Does this mean I can have my super still as its a heal;thy extra B ??
