Help! Feeling Sick

    I've been drinking loads of water and having my mealpacks but today I was feeling really dizzy (had to lay down), and now i feel really sick. When I'm feeling sick, I can usually have a dry piece of bread and that sorts me out.
    I'm still drinking the water but it's not helping.

    Help!

    Do you feel sick because of the plan or sick for another reason? What about having a slice of bread? Or can you just go to bed? That's what I did & slept it off.

    I don't know why I feel sick. I don't want to have bread because that would be cheating!

    Can you text or call your CDC about this? If your feeling weak you may need some more energy, maybe instead of eating carbs you could try some protein, chicken fillet? or cottage cheese? that wouldnt be cheating.

    Before starting CD I felt dizzy and sick if I hadnt eaten by lunchtime. I have only had that once since starting, on Day 3, which my CDC said was normal because by Day 3 your reserves have been used up. I had some sandwich ham slices to sort myself out and felt fine after.
