Help for a newbie please

Hi guys not been doing this long and have decided to have a jacket potato for tea tonight. Got some pork steaks and some veg (carrots, broc, cauli) but I find the jacket a bit dry.

I have some pasta a sauce in the cupboard and thought if I made this up I could spoon a bit over the potato to make it a bit more saucy. Would this be OK or is it too much do you think??
 
If you have any natural yoghurt (fat free) you could add a bit of that to soften the potato up. It won't cost you any syns :)
