Help - Frankie and Bennys

Hi,

Praying someone can help me!?!?
I ate out today for lunch at Frankie and Bennys - i picked what i thought would be the best choice off the lunch menu - Chicken Penne Romana.........does anyone know the syn value of this?

I don't know but I'd say that's a very good choice. I can't go there without eating the huge rack if ribs they do! FML they are amaaaazing!!!

Im going to frankie and bennies on Sunday and I have no idea what is the best thing to have can't find any info!!! Can anyone help I have already had a flexi Syn day as I went on a chocolate binge Friday
