Just stick with it hun, thats all you can do... keep positve thoughts, breathe in and out and repeat to yourself I can do this.. If you are craving food think of it with hair from a barbers shop scattered all over it, dandruff and all, and the odd fag but for good measure, the craving will go very soon.. drink your water and stick with it, you know you will feel better in a few days, thats all it takes.. a lifetime of being overweight can be sorted in just a few days when you get back into the swing of things... xxxx
