HELP!! Homemade soup

Hi I have been happily guzzling down homemade soups since I started slimming world, as I was told it didn't matter what you did to superfree vegetables, they are always free. However I have just read on another thread that soups have a syn value... Is this right...?

All I have been doing is sauteing (Or baking or boiling depending one the veg) then chucking in my blender. No additives or preservatives lol.

I really hope I am mistaken, I don't know how I'll do lunchtimes without my soups... :(

Ready made soups that a syn value but as long as you weren't sauting the veggies in oil then your soups are fine.
