Help i need to get back into this!!

Hey guys and gals, how arw you feeling today? Im baxk aswell after a 2week (unintentional) break. I did 2weeks TFR but then had to fly to the UK. Sadly my sister's wife (of 3 months i might snippily add) left so had to be moral support, so unfortunatly some self-indulgence happened that didnt include me enjoying my shakes. So now im back and its day3 and so far going ok, just battling the mind more than the body.
The cold thing is a bit frustrating though. Feel a bit poorly aswell, but i think that may be an actual bug and not food withdrawl lol. Anyhoo, stay strong guys, we're all here for the same reason :)
 
Hi guys. Im feeling good. Ok so im freezing and a little bit of a headache but feel good for trying to make a difference. My weigh in is monday eeek hope i do good on it. Theres a lot going on at home so sometimes its hard to focus and get the head space i need for this. But i havent slipped and cycling 12km daily so hopefully ill c some sort of results ;)
 
Cycling that far and being 100% TFR you will DEFINATLY see some very good movement on the scales. Just stay strong between now ans monday and come monday you'll be laughing :)
 
Hey Peggy sue I'm the same here we go again starting fresh on day one we just need to cop on if we dont want to be fat I've made a fat album and set my shorts out coz I cant get into them!! I'm sooo angry at myself, but we've do it b4 we can do it again!! Chin up!! X
