I am feeling pretty crap today, have a sore throat which i know is going to blow into a full cold

What can i have? i have been taking pracetamol, can i have throat lozengers or medicine or a new throat ??

i need something quick, don't want my lil one to get it

you could of asked or still can lol email lipotrim ask about the ( Robitussin ) medicine range they do chesty coughs n so on... i had it last time no sugar ( never knocked me out )

Not allowed medicine or anything

I took tesco max 2 in 1 flu and cole relief and it didnt take me out of ketosis
