Help Left My Sw Books At Work What Can I Have For My A's N B's?

    HI

    I am new to SW and I have left my books at work today and I cannot remember what my health A's and B's are and how many you have, only started Monday and not sure of everything yet. I have a rough idea of everything else though. PLEEEEEEEEASE HELP!!:confused:

    HE A's are calcium so milk, cheese, laughing cow, babybel lights

    HE B's depend on what day you are having so on a green day meat, cereals, olive oil, cereal bars and on a red day it is carbs (but not rice), olive oil, cereal bars

    Hope that gets you started

    thanks for your message steph i've just realised that the healthy b options change with green and red days - i'd always thought that they were the same (admittedly they are similar). turns out i'll have to syn the humous i had yesterday on a red day! good job i'd only had abbout 6 other syns!
