Help Left My Sw Books At Work What Can I Have For My A's N B's?

HI

I am new to SW and I have left my books at work today and I cannot remember what my health A's and B's are and how many you have, only started Monday and not sure of everything yet. I have a rough idea of everything else though. PLEEEEEEEEASE HELP!!:confused:
 
A's are calcium and B's are fibre. Do you have something specific in mind or do you want them all listed? Have you registered with the SW website yet? You can get them all up to date on there
 
HE A's are calcium so milk, cheese, laughing cow, babybel lights

HE B's depend on what day you are having so on a green day meat, cereals, olive oil, cereal bars and on a red day it is carbs (but not rice), olive oil, cereal bars
