HELP! Lunches??? Brains gone!

Hi, :wave_cry:started SW today completely unprepared for lunch:cry: I'm on a red day. Can anyone suggest anything that doesn't need a microwave or a toaster. I'm at work (hence no MW or toaster!!:mad:) I do have access to the shops but all I can think of is chicken and salad - surely there has got to be more options than this??

Any help appreciated!

If you can find somewhere to make youa sandwich, wholemeal bread (Health b) Bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich, yummy

Ryvita, cottage cheese and ham with loads of salad (you can have 4 original/rye/sesame as a health b)

Crab sticks or prawns with salad? I get stuck for red lunches too

I'm having a red day tomorrow, i'm having a salad consisting of mixed baby leaves, tomatoes, and flaked off griddled mackerel fillets from Tesco, which were marinated in lime, chilli & ginger (got from the deli counter). Or you could have a meat sandwich, using bread as a healthy extra.
