okay so I've been doing slimming world for a little while now but I'm constantly going over my syns due to hunger in the evenings (which obviously doesn't help my weight loss), does anyone have any advice on how I can fill myself up so I don't eat so much later on? My portions are good sizes and I eat a lot of free carbs but still...always hungry!

On another note, to keep me going easily does anyone have any suggestions for lunches? When I'm at work I tend to take batchelors noodle boxes or naked noodles etc, things I can just add boiling water to, or leftovers from the night before to put in the microwave, when I'm at home I like to have pasta n sauces. But I don't want to get bored of the same things and go off track, so what else can I be eating that's free or low in syns that's also quick?
