I have just rang them and they were great.
Did it not say on the ingredients whats in it. Also someone posted from the CD forum and said its a no no.

thats what i thought bt my friend lost 3 stone on this diet and had it. can you call them?

I reckon you would still lose but it would knock you out of ketosis,there's oil and a few other things in it.
