Help me find the recipe please

When I was browsing the forum yesterday I found a recipe for an omellette which I think was four eggs and was done in the oven, kind of like a frittata. I 'think' it had cottage cheese in too. Whoever posted it said it was a life saver for them. Now I can't find it anyone know which one I am talking about please?
