Im so thick at times, my hubby has bought me a slow cooker from the charity shop but what do i do with it !!! Does it just plug in and go, does it need to sit in a water bath. Daft question but im so confused
Pack of casserole beef and bag of casserole veg (already chopped - lovely!!). Bung both in, sprinkle oxo on, few herbs, salt and pepper, spices that you like, etc. Then pour over a cup of water. Give it a stir and put the lid on. Put it on MEDIUM (not high - I made that mistake) and go somewhere lovely (or work) for the day. Come back and eat it.
