Its hard but worth it if you dont.I just keep focusing on why im doing this. Ive felt like eating all day.Also im freezing which makes me feel miserable.

Felt like this all week and quite edgy. Then TOTM started today (later than usual) and all those feelings have gone again. Don't normally suffer from PMT but I could really feel I wasn't feeling right this time. It could be the same with you and these cravings may pass tommorow. Try and push through these feelings, searching swimwear on line or standing nacked in front of a mirror will quickly dispell any cheating that comes into my head.
I'm worried that if I add food in now it will all just go to pot and I'll eat loads.Resisting so far but thinking about asking CDC if I can try 4 packs a day instead.
