Help , motivation needed!!

Well I'm already on my way i've lost so much weight in the space of 5/6months and people are really noticing. However I know the journey is really slow and I need to stay motivated but its so so hard , I just want to lose weight so bad . I train 5/6 times a week , my eating habits arent the best. I just need some tips , motivation and maybe someone who has lost weight can help coach me? hope I get some responses x
 
The fact that you've been losing weight for 6 months shows you can do it over a prolonged period. Now people are noticing that should encourage you to keep going.The people who noticed my weight loss gave me very
positive comments about how well I looked.

Then coupled with hitting milestones like dropping a clothing size or your BMI dropping a percent should spur you on further.

Regarding your eating habits. By admitting they aren't the best. In the back of your mind You're aware thats what could be slowing your progress. so change your habits. I know its easier said than done.
just making a few minor adjustments might speed up your weight loss.

The main thing is be patient and keep focused on what you've achieved so far.
