Hi all
I have tried the Cambridge diet a few times now and failed miserably on most occasions. The first time I did the diet I lost a lot of weight and I really want, and need, to do that again. I am around 16 stone at the moment and really want to be at 10 stone by the end of July. I plan to start Monday and really go for it but wondered if anyone could help with the following:
- Is it possible to lose 6 stone in 5 months (and a week!)?
- How can I keep on track and not be tempted to eat? Any tips? Advice?
