Help needed!!

I had a tooth out yesterday and I need to know what plan to follow. I think I read somwhere that you have to follow 1200 but im not sure. KD or anyone?? Please help!! x x

I emailed the medical section when my gums were sore and they suggested I moved to a higher plan if I had a tooth infection. However the soreness subsided so I didn't, not sure if that helps. It might be moving up to allow your body to get back to normal and help your gums to heal xx

Yes, it's usually 2 weeks on 1200 after an extraction

Thanks KD and SBridge7!! I feel better just knowing that the tooth is gone, but it is hurting like hell and my face is still swollen!! I have had a bad month of losses and maybe having food for a couple of weeks will give my body a bit of a kick start. Well thats what im hoping for!! x x

Thanks everyone!! Feel a lot better now. Still swollen and a bit sore but on strong tablets so it could be worse!! I have eaten so much food today!! 1200 is a massive change to ss+!! x x
