Hi, I need a little help

i want to make some soup recipes but want easy and quick ones as i got a 8 week old baby to keep me busy also some quick main meals for green and red days,

I have also got some ripe bananas that need using up anyone know any good recipes,
i really want to stick at this but finding it really hard when i dont have time to stand and cook, and getting board off simple things,

Do you have a slow cooker? Id make up a batch of soup and keep refrigerated or freeze some.

I just throw a load of veg in pan, add a couple of stock cubes with enough water to cover and slow boil til it's all soft.

I make enough for about 8-10 bowls so that should save you time in the long run.

I just made a super fast green lunch, a can of Tesco kidney beans in chilli sauce, a can of baked beans and a few pepperdew peppers chopped up and all mixed together, chuck in microwave for a few mins, and pour over jacket potato! Yum!
