Help needed

    I am in need of some help....
    I am very over weight and need to lose about 100 pound :eek:

    I have tried every diet known to man...
    Slim fast, WW, Slimming World etc I was even taking orlistat but have put on even more weight.

    My doctor is now refusing to help me at all.

    It is not because I don't try because I do but now I am at my witts end. None of my clothes fit and every bone in my body is killing me.

    My friend suggested I give Juddd a try.

    I bought the book and feel this is something I could do.

    Just wondering if anyone has had any success with Juddd?

    Hi Gemma and welcome. I have lost 2 stone with JUDDD since the end of January and find this the easiest way of eating I have tried so far. Good luck!

    I'm not doing JUDDD right now as I'm currently VLCDing but I intend to swap over at some point. Not sure when yet; depends when I really can't hack VLCDing another day. I think lots of people have been really successful on this. My friend who isn't on this forum has done really well with the 5:2 Diet. All I would say is that the people who do the best do seem to be mindful of the type of food and the quantity of food they eat on their up days. Not being too stringent but just not pigging out on rubbish either. This is what seems to keep the weight going down and the motivation high. Good luck with it. I had between 86lbs and 100 lbs to lose myself - I'm aiming for 11st as a first goal and will then take a view on whether or not to go lower. Lost 25lbs so far so nearly a third of the way there.
