thank you :D SW suits me as I like large portions, and can fill up on filling foods yet still lose weight. My loss is slow compared to many but mainly as I have the odd bad day ;)
 
Depends if you are like me. I open one packet of crisps, I then just 'have' to have another. So I have found it easier to cut them out. choccie is another downfall. Yes I could syn it and do sometimes but I have found I cope better to allow myself some on weigh day. I look forward to it and enjoy it :)

Another good section to read is the diary section where people put up their food diaries. It gives ideas of different foods etc. Things we might not think to try.
