How about a simple mousse??
1 sachet sugar free jelly (45p for 2)
1 tub quark ( about 70p)
1/2 500g tub ( fat free) fromage frais ( tub is 83p)
Using an electric whisk , whisk quark and from frais in a large bowl until creamy.
Make up jelly with 70ml boiling water
Whilst whisking , whisk in jelly liquid until combined well.
Pour into a bowl or leave in this bowl.
Pop in fridge- ready in about 30 mins.
If left in fridge longer it becomes firmer- yum
