I have bought some fat free vanilla yoghurts from Aldi and Ive looked on the SW site and couldnt find it. Ive then used the syn calculater and its come out as 7.5 syns per pot!!!!!!!! Please could someone check for me as Im new to this and not sure if Ive done it right!

Brooklea light fat free vanilla yoghurt

per 100g
73cal
carb 13.4 (sugars) 11.5
fat 0.1
pot size 180g

I thought I was being really good buying these and they are yummy too!

Thank you to anyone in advance who knows! x

It is on the syns calculator:

Aldi Stores Brooklea, Light Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt 180g pot

[IMG] 2 Syns on Extra Easy [IMG] Original 2 Syns [IMG] Green 2 Syns

The thing is - they may be fat-free, but they aren't sugar-free.

missgalaxy could you please do me a favour and check the pots and see if they're suitable for vegetarians? (no gelatine) ... it's a nightmare to find vanilla low fat yoghurt suitable for veggies, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

Thank you Circes. Do tesco/sainsburys do mullerlight-style ones that are 'free'? (we usually go to asda, but could go to tesco if need be)

I don't think the mullerlights are veggie. I love the Total Greek 0% - I add things to it to make fruity yoghurts and spicy dips. Sooooo creamy!

Yes they are - asda ones are also free and I think also veggie friendly

Oh, I know mullerlights aren't veggie, but sometimes 'fake' mullerlights are. Our asda stocked their own version for about 2 months then they disappeared off the shelves :(

I adore the 0% greek yoghurt, but unfortunately at the rate i get through yog 80p-ish a tub is a bit beyond my means!
