I have bought some fat free vanilla yoghurts from Aldi and Ive looked on the SW site and couldnt find it. Ive then used the syn calculater and its come out as 7.5 syns per pot!!!!!!!! Please could someone check for me as Im new to this and not sure if Ive done it right!

Brooklea light fat free vanilla yoghurt

per 100g
73cal
carb 13.4 (sugars) 11.5
fat 0.1
pot size 180g

I thought I was being really good buying these and they are yummy too!

Thank you to anyone in advance who knows! x

It is on the syns calculator:

The thing is - they may be fat-free, but they aren't sugar-free.

missgalaxy could you please do me a favour and check the pots and see if they're suitable for vegetarians? (no gelatine) ... it's a nightmare to find vanilla low fat yoghurt suitable for veggies, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

Tesco and sainsbury own brand are okay as are the activia FF ones
Onken too and they are often on offer

Oh, I know mullerlights aren't veggie, but sometimes 'fake' mullerlights are. Our asda stocked their own version for about 2 months then they disappeared off the shelves :(

I adore the 0% greek yoghurt, but unfortunately at the rate i get through yog 80p-ish a tub is a bit beyond my means!
