help please

Hi there,
i've noticed how everyone has their weight loss so far and goals under their posts.
i've managed to get my weight loss tracker to appear under my posts, how do i get everything else to work?
i've tried in 'edit my signature' but can't seem to get that to work

Hi Alex
You seem to have got a lot of the stuff working.
There are tutorials at the top of this page.

Some stuff you can't do until you have posted a certain amount of messages.
