Help please

S: 17st1lb C: 11st9lb G: 11st1lb BMI: 27.1 Loss: 5st6lb(31.8%)
It will be my third day tomorrow and I`m sposed to be having some chicken with salad for lunch.

I`ve just realised we have book tickets to take the children to Thorpe Park for the day and I don`t have a cool bag or anything to keep it fresh if I made it tonight and took it with me :(

Is it ok to have it for breakfast then have a shake late afternoon/early even when we get back?

My tea was going to be a baked tater with prawns

Any advice would be appreciated please!

i've no idea on this but i would have thought it wouldn't make a difference which order you ate in as long as you have what lt say.

When I refeed last time I rang LT to ask a very similar question coz my week is so hectic that I rarely had time to eat at lunchtime and a flapjack/shake was much easier. They said it was absolutely fine and timing didn't do any damage, although I did avoid eating late in the evening - before 6 or 7 at the latest.
