Hiya i have a few questions about syns!

Can anyone recommend any low syn sausages?
How many syns are in half a large morrisons eat smart garlic bread?
How many syns are in Hellmans Mayonaise?

You can work out the syns for the garlic bread and mayo yourself using 1 syn for every 20 calories

For the sausages, try doing a search on this forum as there are loads of threads on the question of sausages already
