help pls - frozen cooked chicken - safe just defrosted?

Ugh ..you will have to excuse me, its early and I've been a vegetarian for 17 years, so I really dont know much about meat prep yet!!

I accidently left a bag of Cooked chicken breasts (frozen from icelandd) out last night, I noticed before bed and put in the freezer. It says... Cook from frozen , then on the front "defrost and eat"...ugh.. Sounds awful... and I dont know if its safe..

Bought these for emergencies, and I didnt mean to leave them out at all..DOH!!

Can anyone help please, I dont want to throw away good protein...but I am concearned

if it's already cooked, it'll be fine, you've just defrosted it at room temp. no probs with that.

lol Thanks guys...err.. I will have it... after all..its no longer than it would of been in the car coming from supermarket!

if I get the c***s ..I may loose a few more lbs...haaa

I'd eat it too. I go on smell and taste, not dates etc. to be honest. I'm still alive .
