    Hi,

Without going into too much detail, I am going regularly (every 3 or so days) BUT its really big, really hard and quite 'prickly'. So much so I sometimes bleed a bit after going.

Does anyone have any tips on how to make it not so bad??? I drink plenty (between 6 and 8 pints a day) so it can't be that. :sigh:

Thanks girls - just hope someone can help!

    Thanks

Perhaps get some fibre 89 from your CDC or some Psylium husks they can make it easier to pass, if you c what I mean.

I agree with Maggie....without the husks and the fibregel, I would be in agony!

You don't need to have it every day either.
