Help re Greek yoghurt and roast chicken

I love Greek yoghurt, know total 0 is free but are any others - eg Tesco fat free or muller light Greek?

also Tesco do a frozen, ready to roast chicken. It is butter basted but is that free or any insight into suns?

i really need to get back into SW and lose some weight. Support appreciated

Fat free natural yoghurt should be free but flavoured may have syns - the mullers are half a syn a pot

You would need to give the proper name for the chicken and the nutritional info but probably not free. By the way for future reference there is a dedicated syn values sub-forum where you can post questions like this
