Thought I’d start a diary after lurking around here for a while - I’ve only just joined SW, so still getting to grips! This is my first day of following the plan.

Tuesday 30th July

4x coffees throughout the day with milk using both HEA
Snacked on Blueberries & Tomatoes (S) and Wafer-Thin Ham.

Breakfast
40g Weetabix Minis (HEB)
Fat-Free Greek Style Natural Yoghurt
Blueberries (S)
Strawberries (S)

Lunch
3x ready to eat chicken drumsticks (3 Syns)
Lettuce/Tomato/Cucumber (S)
Muller Light (0.5 Syns)

Dinner
Pinch of Nom Chicken Teriyaki Skewers (Free)
Uncle Ben’s Savoury Chicken Rice (2.5 Syns)
Lettuce and Cucumber (S)
Muller Light (0.5 Syns)

Total Syns: 6.5

I do plan to replace the uncle Bens pouches with homemade savoury rice in the future, today wasn’t very well planned though as first day and hectic work schedule!

Breakfast
