Help! Stomach pain

ive just started slimming world and dont feel very full. i get that hungry i get bad stomach ache, does anyone have any ideas to stop this ?

i get pain, so i cant eat, but when it goes off im hungry

I try and eat lots of fruit and veg with every meal to fill me up. Do you or would that add to the stomach pain?

maybe your eating too much of one food?you shouldnt be feeling like that being on the sw plan.if the problem persists maybe you should get to your gp or maybe even an allergy test.
i could be way off the mark but better be safe..your only going to be miserable if you've got a stomach ache constantly..:sigh2:
