I have just joined yous in the weight busting challenge!

I previously posted a new thread, to introduce myself etc..but I dont know where it went? It seems to not have been posted? I got a message saying it had to be approved, is this the norm?

Hi, I'm unsure weather it's normal or not, but I just wanted to say "Hello" as I'm new to this too and have a massive journey ahead of me and I'v read that this site is great help and encouragement.
