Puddings Help with a recipe

I'm making a low syn ginger cake and was wondering if anyone knows of a recipe that I can use to layer the cakes with. preferably lemon. On a non sw cake I'd normally use buttercream but that is of course butter and sugar .. Not very low in syns haha.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Btw I am new to slimming world =D
