Help with dairy

I have started slimming world today and cannot find my book with all the syns in. Can anyone tell me what other yoghurts are syn free apart from most of the muller lites.

Activa fat free, shape fuller longer, asda fat free, weight watchers fat free. be careful with others that say fat free because they have syns in, the Lidl ones have 2 syns each, soon adds up. Sure there is more but these are the ones I know and eat.
