help with eating out guide!

Hi

Not been on here 4 a while, just had a baby and now starting WW again however when i went bk it had all changed so gonna do the old plan at home, i just need help with eating out- there used to be someone on here who had done a eating out guide 4 everywhere it was fab! but cant find it!

please can someone help

If you put in google Uk Lady Luck and have a look at her website, further down the page on the righthand side she has all the points for different eating out places.

Hope it helps, I did try and copy the web address on here but it wont work.

Good luck, I too am back doing it at home after being away for a while.

You can buy an eating out guide from Ebay quite cheap....good luck with the diet and congrats on the birth of your new baby
