Hi all, just looking for some advice.
My baby girl arrived 10 weeks ago and I need to get focused on some sort of diet. I have around 5 stones to lose ideally! I'm a bit of a serial dieter and have tried everything from Cambridge, WW, 5:2, calorie counting and everything in between. I did the best on Cambridge and lost 3 stones around 3 years ago but it's really not sustainable and there's no way I could do it nowadays. I joined SW pre-pregnancy and did ok but I wasn't really putting as much effort in as I should have. I did have a hell of a lot of posts on here but i can't remember my old username or password
Anyway I'm considering giving it another go. I can't attend a group as the one close to me isn't at a convenient time
I know the basic rules of the extra easy plan and I'm thinking of doing it myself from home.
I know the key to success for me is meal planning. I cook from scratch but now I have a baby I'm a bit strapped for time. Does anyone have any ideas of stuff which is quick and easy for breakfast and lunch? Usually I'd have fruit and fibre with 1% milk and something like cous cous or noodles/pasta n sauce packet for lunch. Also plenty of milky coffees through the day so I'd rather use my healthy extra for this than with cereal.
Also how many syns do you get a week? I really can't remember!
I am not breastfeeding so can just follow the normal plan
any other tips for doing it at home would be great!
