Help with keivs

Hi people, can anybody tell me the sins in Morrison's frozen garlic butter chicken keivs, 4 pack
I know they're going to be really bad but I brought them before starting sw and shuffling the box round the freezer is driving me mad x

11 syns possibly a bit more as not sure if that's the fresh or frozen one. My advice feed them to the family an steer clear lol
