help with soup lol

I have some of the WW soups from the supermarket and I was wondering if anyone has any tips on what to have with it to make it more filling? I was thinking maybe putting it over some rice but I wasn't really sure... anyone know how many pp it is for white rice?

If I'm having soup I either have bread, I use 50/50 crusts away which is 2PP for 2 slices and can make that into a sandwich with some ham etc. Or else just bread and butter yum :) my mum has soup with potatoes ; maybe that?

And rice dried weight works out 10g=1PP. So if have 50g uncooked rice it's 5PP. O find it easier to weigh before I cook it!

what about chicken ? ... you could add some cooked chicken to the WW chicken noodle soup to make it more filling :) .... or have it with a portion of noodles as a sauce.
