Help with syn value

Hi
The brands we get here are quite often different to the UK so I am calculating everything with the online syn calculator.
I notice people using white sauce mixes (Colemans) to make a macaroni cheese. I picked up an equivelant one here and want to calculate the syn value but it is asking for the weight in grams and all info is in mls. Can you help?
Per portion (100mls) 98 cals, 1.5 Prot, 6.0 carbs, 7.7 fat. I appreciate that I need to add the milk in to my diary too and also that I'm likely to have 200mls in a mac cheese and not 100mls.

hi janeym i just tried to work it out on the on-line calculator and as u said its in g not mls so think the best way for u to work it out will be by dividing the portion cals by 20 eg if the portion size is 98 cals will be 5 syns if its 150 cals will be 7.5 syns etc
i have worked out a lot of food this way hope this helps

100g is round about the same as 100mls so you should still be okay using it

Thanks Circes - I put it in and it came out at 5 syns (so same as Valerie estimated). I definitely won't be using that sauce!!
