Help with Tea's?!

Hi everyone,
I'm well into my second week on LL and everything is going well!
I was just wondering if someone could help me with which tea's we're allowed to drink?
I know we're not allowed any flower or fruit teas but which are we allowed?
I'm sticking to green and black tea just to be safe!

It's explained as "anything made with a leaf" (by my LLC), this means mint are ok (great added to choc shake), green (without lemon - citric acid takes you out of ketosis) the black teas are safe too (as long as there is no lemon). Hope this helps & good luck!!

Bummer, I only like green tea with pineapple and grapefruit :( Black coffee it is from now on then. :(:(

I saw some peppermint and eucalyptus at Morrisions - I guess that would be ok as both from leaves.
