hi im looking for ppl to support me while i try and lose weight as i dont feel ppl around me really understand what my weigh does to me tryin to find like minded ppl to help me im 14 and half stone i would like to loose 4 and a half stone before i get married in 2012 i not it can happen just i never seem to stick to a diet wiv all the temptaion around em just want to make some friends that can help me through

Its not easy sticking to a diet is it? But as you've said you know you can do it and your goal is very achievable. It would be worth the work to feel and look your best on your wedding day.

I agree not everyone understands what it is like when you weight affects how you feel especially if they've never had a weight problem. People on this site are very supportive and I'm sure will help you on your way.

You have come to the right place for support. I too was finding it hard to stick to a sensible, long term diet. What helped me was to read loads of the inspiring, amazing and motivating stories of weight loss on this site. That is what kick started me!

I thought, well if other people can do it, so can I! So am happily counting my cals, like a good 'un!

Like you say, we are all surrounded by temptation but I am in the place now where I want to be able to slip into gorge little clothes than stuff myself with rubbish food!

Anyway, by being a bit inventive you can have the burger, crisps, sweet things, whatever you are craving. Just have a small healthy version. Thats the fun of it!
