    on the re-feed it says small ceral bowl of salad what would people class as a small cereal bowl? xx

    I wouldn't stress too much- most cereal bowls are pretty similar in size, just don't go for the super-size deep ones and you'll be grand!

    i guess they mean something like what one of those kiddy's single portions of cereal would fit in. not overly generous, in other words! and as Irishmum says, not a deep one.

    if in doubt, measure in a mug - that'd be about the same size i reckon.

    About 30g of cereal is meant to be the average portion but I guess with salad it might look more as 30g of salad could be quite a lot !?!? :)

    Elle is right, about a mug full is the equivalent of a small bowl. Good luck with the refeed.
