I have done a search but nothing came up, I would like to know how many sins sugar puffs are? Or if they can be used as HEx? Can any one help?

I think the clue is in the name
No sugar puffs are not a HEB and you can work out the syn from the calories - 1 syn per 20 calories.

If you get unsweetened puffed rice you can have that as a HEB and jist add granulated sweetener for a similar effect.
