I posted this before but ive lost it:sigh:
Anyway after a bad few wks i finally feel i am back on the plan
But i have not been to class and i dont know what ive gained
I have 7wks to my hols and im dreading them:wave_cry:
I dont know if i can face another holiday sweating and hideing my bits round the pool
I should be looking forward to it but im not and i know its my own fault
So do i just try and get something of or i am thinking of trying a vlcd to try and get more off :eek:
Im confused any advise please would be welcome
I still weigh about 17 stone :(
 
start again, as soon as you can
you seem like you have a goal in mind, so go for it and give it 100%
you get a good loss first week, which will motivate you to carry one
you can do it! and you can enjoy your holiday too
