Sorry I can't get away from this page today.

I went out for lunch with work this afternoon to a thai restaurant. I'm on an extra easy day and I chose:

Stir fried Hor Fun noodles with chicken, egg, beansprouts, spring onions in a mild chilli sauce

Can anyone roughly estimate the syns in this? Everything else was creamy!

Thank you :)

I can't find anything online or in the books for Thai meals. Assuming the noodles were dried then they would be free like the egg and chicken. I would add syns for oil used to cook it and something for the sauce. I'm guessing at something like 6 for the oil or use it as hexb and and few syns just in case. The sauce is more difficult because of sugar and fat.I would guesstimate at about 12 syns for eveything -probably over guessing on syns but better than underguessing. A chinese meal of chow mein is 7 on ee but you'd have to add sauce-thats what I used as a guide.Maybe someone else can help a bit more

Thanks Louisedan. To be honest I'd rather overestimate than for it to be more than I thought, it's safer that way! Thank you for your look on it. I will learn from your comment!

Thanks :) xxx
